Terri was born and raised in Los Angeles, California and moved to the DFW Metroplex with her family in 1972. In 1977 Terri and her husband, Jerry, built their first home in the Southlake/Keller area because they believed it was the perfect place to raise a family and was conveniently located to DFW Airport. Over 20 years ago, Terri and Jerry launched a successful home building and remodeling business, Jenco Construction. Cheryl is married to Texas native, John Crawford and recently moved from the Grapevine area to Colleyville. Leslie Kahn Realtor®
Leslie received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Real Estate from Texas Christian University. During her time at TCU, she held a variety of positions and internships at various real estate companies. Most recently she worked for Realty Capital Partners, a real estate private equity firm, where she was responsible for underwriting and managing a portfolio of commercial real estate investments. Previously she worked for Alexander Chandler Realty, where she helped market the firm and assist clients with real estate transactions. Earlier in her college career, Leslie interned with Williams Trew Real Estate Services, one of Fort Worth's leading real estate firms. At Williams Trew, she assisted multiple departments while working closely with one of the firm's owners, Joan Trew.
